They are used in non-aggressive, slightly and medium-aggressive environments in the operating temperature range from minus 50 ° to plus 60 ° С.

The joint sealing kit ensures high quality mixing of the components.

Its use reduces the loss of raw materials and guarantees the performance of PPU indicators that meet the requirements of GOST 30732-2020 for pipes and fittings with PPU insulation.

Guaranteed shelf life of KZS - 3 months

We recommend using the SMITH PUR-insulated piping sealing kit. This kit includes specially selected butt joint sealing components that allow you to seal butt joints quickly and efficiently.

The SMIT group of companies works only with reliable suppliers who use high-quality primary raw materials. In addition, all raw materials included in the GLC undergo input control in accordance with GOST 24297-2006.

Polymeric and piece materials made of polyethylene, which are part of the KZS SMITH, are not subject to corrosion, have low water, vapor and gas permeability, as well as high chemical resistance to acidic and alkaline media.

THE GLC INCLUDES:
  • A set of polymeric materials;
  • Polyurethane foam components, bottling of components depending on seasonality (winter/summer);
  • Piece products and hardware used in conjunction with couplings for the performance of works on heat and waterproofing of welded joints of pipelines with thermal insulation made of polyurethane foam in a hydro-protective sheath in accordance with GOST 30732-2020.
We offer the production of joint sealing kits of any standard sizes and types from high-quality materials.

HOT FUSE TAPE SMITH

When installing pipelines, specialists often face the problem of the reliability of adhesive joints.

We offer you a turnkey solution - SMITH adhesive tape.

The SMITH Group warrants that the adhesive tape meets our Specifications for 24 months from the date of manufacture.
HOT FUSE TAPE SMITH
  • has low water-vapor-gas permeability;
  • has a high chemical resistance to acidic alkaline environments;
  • resistant to degradation in atmospheric conditions and in contact with groundwater and soil.

SMIT adhesive tape is designed specifically for manufacturers and users of industrial polymer insulated pipelines.

Adhesive tape is a polymer material. It is manufactured by extrusion through a flat die and consists of
hot-melt adhesive composition based on modified copolymer compositions.

The tape is used when sealing butt joints of insulated polyurethane foam pipelines with heat-shrinkable slip-on polyethylene sleeves and provides
joint sealing.

Adhesive tape SMIT is superior to existing analogues in adhesion, providing reliable sealing of butt joints at a minimum temperature (activation temperature of adhesive tape SMIT 80-90 ° C).

The SMIT tape is manufactured in accordance with TU 2513-001-12368834-2013, does not have a harmful effect on the environment and the human body, and is supplied in rolls.

Subject to the requirements and conditions of transportation, storage and use, we guarantee the conformity of the adhesive tape
to our Specifications within 24 months from the date of manufacture.

HEAT SHRINKABLE MUFFS

A simple and reliable technological solution for insulating the joints of PPU pipes when laying a steel heat-insulated pipeline in the ground.

  • A set of polymeric materials;
  • Polyurethane foam components, bottling of components depending on seasonality (winter/summer);
Our couplings only shrink on pipelines

WE RELEASE:

  • heat-shrinkable sleeves for pipes with a diameter of 110 to 1600 mm;
  • galvanized couplings for butt joints of external laying of heating mains;
  • couplings for waterproofing transitions and ball valves;
  • heat-shrinkable transitions for high-quality waterproofing of elements of fixed supports.

SMITH couplings are made of high density polyethylene PE100 stabilized with carbon black according to the requirements of GOST 16338-1985.

The SMIT group is the only one in the CIS that produces seamless heat-shrink sleeves with a diameter of 1600 mm

The couplings are certified, tested and comply with the requirements of TU 4937-001-61424010-2010 for the number of operating cycles equal to 2000.
