The hydrothermal insulation system of pipes and products in polyurethane foam insulation is a rigid "pipe in pipe" structure, consisting of a working steel or galvanized steel pipe, a layer of polyurethane foam insulation and an outer waterproof sheath made of thermo-light-stabilized polyethylene grade PE 80, PE 100 according to GOST 18599.
The SMIT-Yartsevo company manufactures pipe products for the transportation of oil and oil products in accordance with TU 5768-014-70843705-2011 "External anti-corrosion coating and thermal insulation from polyurethane foam of pipes and steel fittings for ground and underground laying of oil pipelines and oil products."

Thermally insulated pipelines

The joint sealing kit (JSC) is intended for thermal insulation of welded joints of PPU steel pipes in a protective polyethylene sheath pipe or a spiral sheath made of thin-sheet galvanized steel.
